Permission is granted for North Georgia School of Ballet to use and publish for editorial, trade, advertising, or other promotional purposes all photographic, video, and digital images of my child(ren) in conjunction with the event. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19.
